How to get rid of mouth wrinkles on adult sims?

This is driving me insane, there is no reason an dult sim should have these lines next to mouth/cheek as soon as they age up. Wish it came as a feature like they did with the eye bags resently. I seem...

It's happening to every single adult. I can see them on your Julianna as well, @simgirl1010. I don't think it's too noticeable, though it depends on the skintone of your sims - just like with the skin details that are available in CAS.
