yes, when I first got the game, you used to be able to turn it off with clicking it off skin details. Since some update, as soon as there are full adults the women have lines and elevens over their brow- it's not nice! some women grow old gracefully and dont have have lines with facial exercises,...
I imagine some skin detail mask may take some off, but warning, the alpha mask that are excellent, are huge in size and expand the size of your mod folder expontentially.
