How to get rid of mouth wrinkles on adult sims?

I never paid much attention to whether my sims get wrinkles or not. I feel fine with some randomness (although some genetic heritage would be a plus). I do appreciate variety though, and if 100% sims get the same level of age wrinkles when turning Adult, I'd like a way to finetune some of them.

In my game YA sims are aged 25-50 and Adult sims are aged 50-70, so I must say I'm fine with them no longer looking like teenagers when they turn Adult...
