How to help other student's study?

Hi my sim is in the secret society club in the university. He got the mission for helping other students' study. Have no idea how to do. I tried to make group and do homework together but no luck. I googled but I didn't find the answer for this. Is there anyone knows? Thanks. :)

You can find the option on one of the university buildings the students go to for lessons. It is the same building in which the students can go to guest lectures and skill lessons.
