How to make 1 sim move out while the rest stay

The following will make the unwanted household member 'homeless'.

Esc -> Manage Worlds
Click lot -> 'Manage Household'
Click Household -> 'Transfer Sims Between Households'
'Create New Household' (circle button above list) -> Transfer Unwanted Sim There
Press ok.

You go to manage worlds at the top right corner, then click the house you want the divorced sim to move into. Then click the more button, then click manage household. Then press the transfer button, go to your household. Then you can take the sim and move it to a different household.
