How to make money in the sims besides jobs?

Hello everyone! I am updating one of my challenges and need to know every single possible way to make money in this game. Can you all help me please? I know the ones I listed below butt I am not sure ...

Geothermal lots can reduce electric bills very well. And natural wells can kill water bills. Add that to the things mentioned above for more money.
