How to manage 8 sim household?

I'm a large Sim household player from way back. I jumped right in and played the Pleasants ( a family of four ) when the Sims first came out. These are very good tips that have been given. In a family of eight I try to have two or three of them that can cook , two or three that can fix things , everyone gets there own bed , I don't care about the grades when they are teens so I have them work on skills and meeting others OUTSIDE the family , as soon as they are young adults they get jobs and we go fromthere.
Large fams , wild ride that I recommend - have a good time.
