How to reset sim's skills, aspirations etc. to clean state in Library?

I've recently noticed that when I begin a new game, a sim loaded from my Library keeps all his skills, aspiration points, vampire powers etc. But I want to play from the very beginning! How do I reset him to "never played" state, but save his appearance, cloth, hairstyles, make-up etc.? I mean, the way it worked in The Sims 3. There must be a way, or it's just the most stupid feature I've ever seen! I can't use the "genetics" option because it doesn't copy appearance, it makes differences even if I'm trying to make identical twin! And it seems there is no option that just copies sim's appearance. :s

    The quickest option is can be to make a twin in CAS, redress them, and delete the original, but you can also remove aspiration rewards, etc., etc. with cheats in live mode. Between these lists, you should be able to find everything:

    There's probably a clone-in-CAS mod? But I don't know of one.

    Thank you. I think I've managed to generate almost-identical twin of my sim. It was my biggest frustration from TS4 so far :'( I can't even imagine why there is no way to copy sim's appearance or to save a sim without saving his progress like in Sims 3. It's just stupid!
