How to throw Luxurious Parties?
I know that to throw a party you can use the phone and select plan social event. But when I do this there isn't an option to throw a luxurious party. I do have the stuff pack. Is there something I need to do specifically for it to show up on the list? Is it even an option in the game anymore these days? I did search history on this site and google with no luck. Help would be greatly appreciated, as I'm trying to play the Pac(k)-Man Challenge and it is a part of the challenge requirements.
