That's pretty frustrating since I play vanilla (I know nothing about mods and I don't want to potentially mess my computer up) and I want my family to vacation in Sulani. Sometimes camping gets a bit dull, and I'm not sure if exploring a temple is well suited for a family with toddlers (but hey, you never know :D )
Edit: I've decided that I don't need the ability to make specific lots rentals, even if it would be convenient. Households should be able to own multiple lots. They could then use a lot as a more personal vacation home- no editing lots to make it a generic lot or whatever.
