how to you build a rocket ship?
i have the rocket placed on the ground and have tried with different ppl to 'build' it...to no avail. can only a level 10 astronaut build it?

thanks for help; I have no mods; just cannot seem to interact with launching pad no matter which sim I choose. thanks though. I will try again.
