How will you use the new roommate system?
University aside, how else will you utilize the new roommate system? It seems to potentially open up a variety of gameplay.

I loved Sims 2 apartments and desperately miss them.
I am going to have an apartment style home. And give each apartment to different roommates (assign beds/may be change settings on doors). So i will have something similar to Sims 2 apartments.
