How would a coward trait work?

Oh I never took a Coward sim exploring - so I have no idea. Most of my explorers have the Brave trait.

I do find it odd that Liam is scared to death of ghosts, mummies, and full aliens but was not the least big frightened of any of the supernaturals. He also was frightened by wild animals especially at night and did not want to live on a houseboat - so I do think he had a fear of the Kraken perhaps - but he was so miserable on a houseboat and did not seem to like any of the ocean water craft in IP - so I moved him back to his house in Hidden Springs.

Poor Liam I used to always use him for testing out the cowardly fears - but really knew better than take him actually exploring. Time is of the essence in tombs and vacations early on in the game, and very expensive (I don't like using cheats) so I did not experiment with Liam exploring. I learned his fear of mummies in a populated user made world that had a mummy character in it that I was testing for the creator. Liam was always one of my tester sims because of his traits. But Liam was absolutely terrified of the mummy and instantly passed out.

(That testing was also how I learned trying to play the mummy as a Sim breaks your game - as it is not a Sim in Sims 3. LOL. )
