How would a coward trait work?

Just thinking out of the box:
Cowards could simply be afraid to assert themselves as well. They could progress more slowly in their careers, have a harder time making decisions, or difficulty establishing mutually beneficial relationships. Cowards might attract Mean or Evil Sims who want to take advantage of their timidity. They may also be afraid to try anything new. No daredevil type activities for them.
Though, now that I think of it, EA may not want to touch on that aspect of human interactions. :/
