By this logic, every piece of content that could've fit in City Living is a missed opportunity, there are limits you know?
Roller skating could have fit nicely in City Living. Another missed opportunity there. - I would really like it if it was more about ice skating than roller skating. You could figure skate, or play hockey with your friends, or just skate casually.
- Roller skates could be combined with a 70s roller disco and all sorts of 70s fashion and interior items (lava lamp etc.).
This could make a nice 70s stuff pack.
I really need a 70s roller disco. B) - ayyitsmellNew Spectator

I dunno. It's nice to get new activities but is kinda slurps to have them sold piecemeal. Pay £10 for bowling, £10 for skating, £10 for football, £10 for knitting... well, you get the idea. Not too appealing, I must say.
I agree. I wouldn't want to pay for separate stuff packs for small activities, Bowling is my least played pack...Might as well make a Sports or Hobbies game pack, similar to Sims 2 FreeTime EP, that includes multiple hobbies/sports rather than getting each desired activity one by one.
The only way I would consider skating as a stuff pack is if its a Skateboarding pack that comes with cool hairstyles/outfits for sims of all ages, a skate park venue with different sized boroughs, multiple tricks they can do while skateboarding or skating, new cliche skater clubs so that our sims can join and become friends/rivals with others, contests that they can join (like a karaoke contest but for skating), various types of skateboards and helmets, injuries like broken ankle or wrist that will give our sims crutches, casts, or wheelchairs so we can be the patient at the existing hospital for once (without being pregnant or being the doctor)...Not just the activity and thats it, you know what I mean? If you want to do a stuff pack with an activity as a theme, make it super interesting.
With all the things I just mentioned, it would end up being a game pack, but personally, I would prefer a game pack with a lot of content that will keep me busy for months than a stuff pack focused on one aspect that I will get bored of within a week because stuff packs are extremely limited... It could be a 'Skate Park' game pack that can include skating, skateboarding, and bikes with unique tricks for each. I don't think Skateboarding (or minor injuries) has ever been done in The Sims series so that would be really cool thing to add. "MrMonty96;15508787" wrote:

A lot of things could, but it would have meant sacrificing something already there, and I use it all.- simsimsereRising ScoutI'm not super interested, but then I get a feeling that it might come with CAS and build/buy items that interest me, so I might just buy it afterall.
- I would totally buy it:)) I hope they make all kinds of packs for all hobbies,
- I like your idea about skating, but I agree with other people that it would kinda be a ripoff for just skateboarding unless they charged like $0.99. What I'm thinking a good idea would be is to add a bunch of things like skateboarding, scooters, bicycles, Surfing, jetskis, parachuting? And more of that kind of stuff in one pack, then that would be a really good idea.

@catloverplayer do you want pay for just skating? Why? In the sims 3 it was with seasons, so we don't need a stuff for this activitie.
Yes I do. I don't want to wait till Seasons comes out to enjoy skating and skating rinks. I want it now. With Seasons we could still get the ice skating rinks.
