1. Vampires. I bought this for build/buy, but ended up really enjoying the vampire gameplay.
2. Parenthood. I like how this pack changes everyday family gameplay.
3. Jungle Adventures. The career and adventuring through the jungle are surprisingly replayable and fun.
4. Spa Day & Dine Out. I love the wellness skill and the objects that came with Spa Day. Dine Out can be buggy at times, but being able to send sims to restaurants enhances the gameplay significantly.
5. Outdoor Retreat. I like this pack , but just not as much as the others. It's kind of simple, but it still provides nice vacation spots.
6. ROM & Strangerville. I've had them both for a very long time, but basically use neither so they don't enhance my game at all right now. With the exception of vampires, I'm not big on occults/weird stuff.
