HS: Sims walking in uninvited

It seems Sims that are interested in getting closer to my Sim just take it upon themselves to walk in uninvited. There are no NAPS in place to allow drop-ins and I have restrictions on the door for vampires and solicitors. I don't want to block friends. Anyone else?

I have that bug too but it's teens randomly walking in to ask the parents of my teen sim out to prom. Is there is thread to report this?

Go to the Bugs Forum, search for the existing thread and add a "Me Too".
  • I have had it happen a few times. Other times they knock. can't seem to see a reason as to why or what's causing it

I and others have reported this to the bugs forum.

Might be an oversight they don't always knock so maybe it's a fast fix but I mean if you don't have someone knocking down your door by not knocking at all to proclaim their love for you what's the point??

My sim was best friends with Ash then went to a club meeting at her parent's house and Ash randomly showed up. While there I could not send Ash home. Then I got a pop up saying Gemma Charm wanted to be besties so I said ok. Ash then disappeared and Gemma showed up at my sims parents house...

So for those of you experiencing this, were the uninvited sims your sims best friend? I thought maybe it was like those needy roommates from DU that tag along everywhere you go. Would love to know if it's a bug or working as intended. I did have best friends as a kid that were always at my house or going places with my family like they were a part of it lol
