HSY gameplay option - can NPCs ask to date you and dump you now?

Is that feature live or do you have to wait for HSY?

The crushes do happen with the patch. I have a Sim with 7 toddlers, and her nanny just called up to ask her out on a date. But I think if you turn them down, that's it.
