HSY gameplay option - can NPCs ask to date you and dump you now?
Is that feature live or do you have to wait for HSY?

Can the game distinguish who is an npc and who is a played sim now? In the past it often considered every sim outside the active household an npc. For example, if I play Max and Moritz in different households, can the game push Max to ask to date or dump Moritz? (It shouldn't, since it's my sim.)
