what makes my sims husband and wife want to hug and kiss all the time? is it a trait? or because they both have full pink and green bars? or maybe because my sims wife is flirty nearly all the time......

I guess you're talking about the greeting they have when it's sometime they don't talk to each other. It's a sort of hidden timeout.
