The only irritating build-related bug I have noticed in the past few months is that some of my builds that feature elaborate stairs or just regular stairs do not work. At first, I couldn't figure why my Sims wouldn't go to another floor. I finally had to add some awkwardly positioned ladders that look ridiculous in those builds. But it's the only thing helps the Sims become unstuck and able to sleep in their bedrooms, lol. Aside from that, spiral staircases would also be a nice addition in a future patch. Provided they work, of course.
