Ok so my small vet centre is build, money is transferred. I was lucky enough to keep my perks from the previous vet so I added the good quality equipment as well. My sim is heading home now to get a good night's rest and then will open her clinic tomorrow morning 8am :)

As you can see its just the basics. My sim will be the only vet. I will only serve one patient at a time by using the disallow function on the podium so that there is no waiting, although I do have the patient perk.
I love that I got the perk points and rewards from my previous vet centre :) Ok let me get my sim to bed now.
