Quality of service, yeah that one is still puzzling, hopefully we will solve it soon
Calm pets, of course they are calm I sooth and calm them throughout the procedure and before treatment so there is no stressed little doggies and kitties in the neighbourhood :)
We had 3 very happy owners, two of them loved the environment and one of them's dogs kept puking and he complained so I was a bit worried but our little knights came to the rescue and we still got a 5 from him, so all up we had 3 very bright green 5 star ratings <3
