I am doing a one person small vet clinic experiment (COMPLETED)

I have had a clinic that did extremely well financially and I only got it up to four stars then for some reason people started complaining about the service although I changed nothing except add more ...

They might start making more, it all depends on the treatments. If you look I serve 3 customers a day and there can be such a big variety in what I made that day
