I am doing a one person small vet clinic experiment (COMPLETED)

I have had a clinic that did extremely well financially and I only got it up to four stars then for some reason people started complaining about the service although I changed nothing except add more ...

Love the vet

We had three 5 stars today and two of our patients were drooling everywhere. All in all a good day. I was not happy to see Catarina as my last patient but thankfully Doc was not too serious and did not require a cone so she gave us 5 stars :)
