I am doing a one person small vet clinic experiment (COMPLETED)

I have had a clinic that did extremely well financially and I only got it up to four stars then for some reason people started complaining about the service although I changed nothing except add more ...

No Changes
We are at 4 and a half stars

We had 3 patients and their owners. We got 5 stars from them all :) I can feel how close this 5 star rating is that I am battling to stop playing, I hope you guys don't mind the update after update after update :p
