I am doing a one person small vet clinic experiment (COMPLETED)

I have had a clinic that did extremely well financially and I only got it up to four stars then for some reason people started complaining about the service although I changed nothing except add more ...

No changes
4 and a half stars

We got three 5 stars from our patient's owners today. Everything went well, not one cone as well :)
