I am doing a one person small vet clinic experiment (COMPLETED)

I have had a clinic that did extremely well financially and I only got it up to four stars then for some reason people started complaining about the service although I changed nothing except add more ...

There are tiny little knight armour hidden everywhere to bring the environment score up. So even if pets are puking, drooling and sweating your ambiance score will remain good ;) Its worth it in the end :)
