I am doing a one person small vet clinic experiment (COMPLETED)

I have had a clinic that did extremely well financially and I only got it up to four stars then for some reason people started complaining about the service although I changed nothing except add more ...

I've noticed another pattern but have you also considered in putting in a wall speaker? Also if you have inscent in there and have it on the happy scent it tends to also make customers happy at least this is what I've noticed with some of the small restaurants I built as well as small retail shops.
