I am doing a one person small vet clinic experiment (COMPLETED)

I have had a clinic that did extremely well financially and I only got it up to four stars then for some reason people started complaining about the service although I changed nothing except add more vets to clean. I am going to try and do and experiment where I build a teeny tiny vet centre with just the neccessary things, no fridges for treats or surgery machines and only have my sim treat patients one at a time by using the disallow feature having a vacuum clean up the place and so forth and see what happens then. I wonder if it will be possible to get 5 stars or even 4 this way. Wish me luck :)
