I can only create one outfit on a mannequin.

When I go into create a sim on a mannequin and create an outfit to sale it works, but then if I go to a second mannequin and create a new outfit for that mannequin once I've saved it, it changes that mannequin, and the other mannequin to the same outfit. How can I display more than one of my designed outfits at a time?

Outfits are shared across all mannequins of the same age and gender. In Create a Sim, you can click on the arrow above the outfit category icon to create more!

  • It's not about a second outfit. It happens to me too, once a finish creating an outif, all of the mannequins are dressed the same way.

That's the expected behavior, since outfits are shared across mannequins. If you want to have mannequins of the same age and gender wear different clothes, you'll have to create multiple outfits for any given category and then dress each mannequin.
  • Also having this issue suddenly, when I didn't before. Apparently they need to wear different categories. Seriously, was NOT an issue before. I could put them in whatever I wanted, same category or not. Now, I can't. Or they switch into the same outfit.

Hi! Just an update: we have identified what the issue was with the mannequins. I'm sorry I didn't immediately understand what the behavior you were witnessing was. The fix should be out in a future patch, but I can't comment on when exactly.

    Thanks!
  • When I use to create a set of outfits on my mannequins I could use them on all of them, but now I have to a new outfit for every mannequin that I have. How do I solve this problem?

    Hello
Try creating an outfit for everyday wear 1 on the first mannequin. Then go to the second mannequin and test to see if they are wearing the same outfit. The same outfits should carry over for the mannequins who are the same gender and age.

Hi! I am having this issue still even now. Has the patch come out yet? There is quite a few glitches and things in the game that bother me and all posts I read about them are from a year or two ago.
  • I found if you make the different outfits one for everyday, next for formal, party etc then you can set each one for a different mannequin and it doesn't set it for all so if you put one mannequin in formal, one in party etc they will have separate outfits.
