I can't build since the terrain manipulation was patched in. Any Suggestions?

This new feature got me really hooked and motivated to build from scratch... which is something I never do since I usually go find stuff in the gallery instead lol. Well then thanks to that I was able build my 1st house ever haha, but it nearly took me 2 days to finish everything :D
