Likely because of all the complaints of repetitive whims. Buy a 1x1 pool. Buy a dishwasher ( even if the sim has one) etc. - ParmaViolet877 years agoNot applicable

Yeah it makes no sense. What if you are new to the game...how would you know whims exist if you can't see them in the first place? Hmm.
