I've never gotten through multiple generations of sims before because I can't let them die. I get so attached that they never really grow up more than an adult. I started playing sims 2 again, and decided to play this as a multi-generational household. I haven't gotten far, but the grandmother passed away and now I'm feeling really depressed. I didn't realize it would bother me so much! I didn't care too much about the sim. In sims 4 I planned on making this one family a multi-generational one but now I'm not sure that's a good idea. I love the family but now I don't know what to do with them!Let them live forever but age up to create multiple generations!
Is anyone else like this? I just keep playing the sims as adults, coming up with new aspirations they are going to complete.
Me, I'm like that. I just had a story where one of my major sims had an affair from which came a love child. After he reunited with his wife, I wanted to break the tie because I wanted the mother to fall in love with someone new, so the love child was hit by a car and died. Now I feel guilty for killing pixels.
