I didn't even know that was possible

Harvestfest made a dark turn for one of my families. While the father and son were already eating their feast, the father's girlfriend was supposed to repair the computer that just broke. I was looking after the two eating to take some screenshots when I got the notification that a fire has started.

When I looked at the computer, I saw this:

I didn't even know that was possible. I tried to put it out, but it didn't work. The sims appearantly can't reach the fire because it isn't on the floor but only on the table lol.

Now they are standing outside panicking because of the fire and I have no clue how to put it out :D

Uhm...help? How do I stop the fire?

Edit: There was actually no way to put out the fire. I had to wait until it extinguished itself.
