I use it to help bring some story progression to the game without a Mod. I love the interaction. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. It also gives your sim an opportunity to become a matchmaker... Maybe something in the future of the Sims 4 will help enhance it's feature. I remember matchmaker in previous Sims games.
