I dislike that the game uses my played sims as working NPCs at community lots

It did not happen long ago. I guess it started with ECO Lifestyle, or the pack/patch before. I have played my little community of 70+ households since TS4 release. That is 6 years, and I know these...

Strange, I thought that the game did not do that. I thought it only used sims that were not in your favorite households for NPC roles.
