I dislike that the game uses my played sims as working NPCs at community lots

It did not happen long ago. I guess it started with ECO Lifestyle, or the pack/patch before. I have played my little community of 70+ households since TS4 release. That is 6 years, and I know these...

And when you actually do put your played Sims in those careers, you'll never see them working while playing other households. Go figure. I just want to be able to hire my own Sims for my businesses.
