I don't understand the Freelancer career.
Whats the point of the painter, author, and tech guru careers if sims can work from home under those same job titles? It does not make sense to me.

Things that would have made sense under freelancer that don't have existing branches would be photographer or carpenter (woodworking) for example. I honestly feel like most of the players are going to do freelancer now instead of the actual careers.
What they should have done is include other kinds of freelance work that are not art, programming, or writing. Like you said, photographer, carpenter, and baker would have been great. The photography and woodworking skills are very limited and kind of...useless. I dont think the sims team thought this through.
