I don't understand the Freelancer career.
Whats the point of the painter, author, and tech guru careers if sims can work from home under those same job titles? It does not make sense to me.

I had the same problem - every time my Sim tried to encrypt the file, it got corrupted. She wasn't able to complete the task. She had maxed out the programming skill, and this was a level 1 task, so skill wasn't an issue. Her first gig went just fine.
