I don't want Seasons. Please explain to me why YOU want them.

I live in a place where we don't get Spring - we have Winter, and then sometime in late May, we have Summer. (Sometimes, we have snow in June.) And I loved Seasons in Sims 2 and 3. (I hate snow and I hate rain even more than I hate snow - I just want my Sims to experience the same suffering. Sort of like wanting them to do laundry. Gives them something else to do.)
