I found a Wild Grow Fruit tree

I found a wild grow fruit tree across the street from the Goth Mansion

Only if the tree is newly spawned in an area can they grow as grow tree. So if you start a brand new game, the chances your town is taken over by grow fruit is really big. If you played a game for a while, only areas you have not visited have chances of grow fruit.

Seems chances that something is a grow fruit tree are very hight.

So, go to areas you haven't been yet in your current game to find them.

It's not a bug but working as intended.

I thought that is how it might work so I patched and started a new game. No trees, no Jasmine.
