I found a Wild Grow Fruit tree

I found a group of 4 in Windenburg when I moved my sims there.

My Sim planted watered and evolved it once, went to work, came home and the tree died. He has level 10 gardening, he brought it back to life and b4 he could evolve it again he died...bah So I guess his son, who has a level 7 gardening will have to get another seed...thanks for telling me where I can find it without Jasmine (the son was the one who got the original seed, then dad took it and the rest was history).

Maybe it's replacing a random tree type in each save?

But, in all seriousness, if it's replacing default trees but only randomly per save, then it might be a glitch. A good-bad bug depending on who you ask, but a possible glitch all the same...

Nope, none in any of the mentioned areas...guess I'll keep looking.

Some people are reporting this as a bug since it's replacing trees that used to grow other fruit. Apparently it's messing up Sylvan Glade as well.

These growfruit trees are everywhere. Like I see are glowing trees, no regular ones.

Yeah, my world is now overpopulated with these grow fruit trees.

Honestly, how did they manage to mess even this up?

Maybe finding an NPC to get a seed is too hard for us?

No, but I can only dream of the day TS4 comes to iPad /s. With these checklists and daily challenges taking over the game, I feel like I've downloaded a glorified, expensive app from the App Store, so they might as well just make the transition already.

They only take over the game if you don't have the ability to look beyond them. Same with any Sims game.

I mean, the Sims 2 aspiration system was even more intrusive telling you to do stuff on a day to day basis, and punishing you if you didn't. And people had the ability to find a way to play beyond them.

I mean, EA were able to take the Sims 3 formula and actually turn it into a mobile game. The Sims 4 isn't breaking new territory here.

Despite what you might believe, Sims 4 could never run on tablets or any other mobile devices. Also, they already have Freeplay which is still doing really good, doubt they'll release another game that'll damage that market. If you want to see a real glorified app, check out 'Sid Meier's Starships'.

It could be because I didn't load those areas before the spring challenge, Maybe if you go to somewhere you haven't been or haven't been in a while it will put them there... I have so many more issues since this patch. My speed is funky, the sims action doesn't cancel, they take forever to switch from action to action.. So frustrating :neutral:
