If you use the interaction it's similar to a toddler hitting, I.e nothing major. I don't think it should be removed. You probably wouldn't like that my teen sim fought his mother and won. No idea why it was autonomous.

Male adults can shove female adults and vice versa.

It's a game. If you don't like it then don't use it. I don't think EA should remove it.
