I got a really confusing symptom from patient today(doctor career)
It was the great luck that symptom didn't reset after reloading game so that I could find it was not itchy plumbob but sweaty shiver.

She has round rashes on her face. She didn't show any other symptoms until my doctor sim finished analysing her sample. He got the compel diagnosis,"sweaty shiver, Llama flu, and Itchy Plumbob." Suddenly, I got a pop up for baby delivery. While my sim is doing c section for a woman, she suddenly started scratching her belly and thighs.

She is scratching her belly. So I ran x-ray test but I still had to guess one of these 3.
I decided to diagnose her as itchy plumbob.

But when my doctor sim arrived at her bed side, suddenly she was cleaning her sweat on her forehead..and fanned her face with her hand. I got confused which one I have to pick one, sweaty shiver or itchy plumbob. While I was thinking this, my doctor sim already diagnosed as itchy plumbob.

I got back to main menu without saving and reloaded my game.
Luckily, she was still having round rashes on her face and showing the same symptom.

Fortunately, after testing treadmill, I got 2 choices and diagnosed as sweaty shiver.
