I got Werewolves, but Moonwood Mill is missing

Any ideas why I don't have Moonwood Mill showing up in my worlds? I know some people ended up with 2 copies, and some were able to fix it by repairing the game, but I don't know how to do that, so if ...

The All Worlds Residential mod seemed to be preventing the new world from showing up in my save, even when updated. I had to remove it completely, then I got 2 copies when it did show up.
