I hate to make such an assumption, but EA...

Hello, I’m not sure how to say this without sounding a bit erratic or accusatory, but EA capitalized off of my concept. Last night I was doing what I always do and played my game. The more I sat with the bugs and issues the more frustration I felt, so I decided I was going to post something on the forums for the “first time”. I went and said my spill, I was fine, was ready to sleep it off and all. Until I noticed I had a notification, which was confusing to me because I didn’t remember using the forum previously so I went to check. I was so shocked to not only see my Royalty Pack concept from my notes app, but rereading it made me incredibly ill because I realized my grave 20-year-old self’s mistake. Almost word for word, this is just the new expansion pack is it not? I get it, royalty isn’t this foreign and new concept, and this isn’t just public knowledge but also history. IT’S JUST VERY ODD THAT THIS IS ALMOST WORD FOR WORD THE ROYALTY & LEGACY PACK? I replied with gloom, but now I feel a bit off. After replying to my own post, on a post that has OPENED for 6 years whole years, I’m being blocked out? Not even 24 hours later, a community manager locked the discussion. I’ve messaged them, hoping to understand why, but if I know what I know I already know why. And with this buyout already stomping them in the mud, I know I’ll end up silenced once again somehow. I’m just so frustrated and over Electronic Arts and the Sims franchise as a whole. I watched it thrived, and witnessed the crash and burn as well. Not only that, but I just feel so sick to my stomach. Over it.
