I have a few questions regarding pets in Cats & Dogs

Question

When aging is turned off, does that also include cats and dogs? The reason I ask is that I received notification that my sim's pet rodent was getting older.

Is there a cheat or mod that allows me to see a pet's information panel?

Is there a cheat or mod that would allow me to actually control a pet?

When aging is turned off for sims it's also turned off for cats and dogs, but not the rodents, if you want to stop your rodent from aging there's an anti aging treat you can buy from the computer or vet to feed it.

In case you need it, there is also an aging-down treat available for pets at the vet.

Yes, cats and dogs stop aging when aging is turned off. For the rodents you need to give them the anti-aging treat to prevent death.
