I have created a Gym and a beach home (pictures) for Sulani Island
One thing I felt Sulani is missing is a gym/sauna. It is extremely important for those sims to keep looking good in those island clothes and swimsuits, and also for their overall health. But where is a sim to go? I guess they could fly all the way to Willow Creek, Windenburg, or any of the other countless locations. But what if you want to keep it close, and you don't feel like heading off into a blizzard just to get your workout done? I have the answer for you, and it is Lagoon Lookout Gym (& Sauna).
