I have two Moonwood Mills. Anyone know why?

I just dl'ed the pack, loaded up the game ... and I have two copies of Moonwood Mill in my game, and two copies of all the MWM NPCs in my families.

I modified the starter home in the first instance of MWM and changed the name, and it's changed in that instance but not in the other. So they're distinct in the game and not just a weird graphical glitch.

Before I go through and take out all my mods (I have a ton) and start adding them back in, does anyone know already what mod might be causing this, or if it's just a weird glitch in the pack itself?
